Fees are the annual 2026-27 figures in the ACPC institute list; seats open in counselling vary by quota. P P Savani University (Kosamba) also runs a 2-year MCA with 60 seats at ₹55,000 per semester (about ₹1,10,000 a year); it is not in the ACPC list, so check its own admission process. Uka Tarsadia University, Bhagwan Mahavir University and Sarvajanik University also offer a 5-year integrated MCA that you can join after 12th.
How MCA Admission Works in Gujarat
- CMAT score: for 2026-27, ACPC made a CMAT-2026 score compulsory, and the merit list was prepared on that score.
- Degree marks: at least 50% in the qualifying degree (45% for SC, ST, SEBC and EWS candidates).
- Eligible degrees: BCA, BSc CS, BSc IT, BE/BTech in CSE or IT, or another degree, preferably with Maths, Business Maths or Statistics. Students without a maths background must complete the bridge course set by their university or institute.
- Online process: registration, choice filling and seat allotment are online on the ACPC website. Colleges may fill vacant seats later through their own counselling.

- Fee and seat type: aided seats at a university department cost far less, but they are few and competitive.
- Location: Bardoli, Kamrej and Olpad campuses mean daily travel from the city; count it in.
- Placements and projects: ask seniors about internships and final-semester projects.
