When you access the ExtraBits Classes website, submit an inquiry, or enroll in any offline or online IT training program, you agree to follow our Terms & Services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or join our training services.
2. Definitions
ExtraBits Classes, We, Us, Our refers to our IT coaching and training institute. Student, You, or User refers to anyone who visits our website or joins our classes. Services includes IT coaching, live project training, mentoring, study material, and placement assistance.
3. Website Terms of Use & Intellectual Property
All website content, training material, logos, images, and resources belong to ExtraBits Classes. Students can enroll in our IT training programs based on their interest and learning goals. ExtraBits Classes may guide students toward the right program and may refuse admission if false information is provided or if we believe our training process may be misused.
4. Admission Policy
Students must provide correct personal and academic details during admission. While we provide top-tier industry training, we do not guarantee university grades or job placements as these depend on individual effort. We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect academic or technical damages resulting from the use of our services or platform availability.
5. Fees & Refunds
Students are required to pay their training fees according to the payment structure decided by ExtraBits Classes. Fees may be paid fully or through approved installments. Registration fees, admission fees, and paid installments are generally non-refundable. In special cases, management may allow batch transfer or adjustment at its own decision.
6. AI Usage Policy
ExtraBits Classes may teach students how to use modern AI tools, coding platforms, and development tools. These tools must be used only for learning, productivity, project improvement, and ethical coding. Misuse of AI tools for cheating, copying, or fake work is not allowed. Students may need to manage paid tool subscriptions if required.
7. Certification Policy
To qualify for certificates, project completion, or placement support, students must attend classes regularly, complete assigned tasks, and submit live projects as instructed by the faculty. ExtraBits Classes may set minimum attendance and project requirements for successful program completion.
8. Placement Policy
ExtraBits Classes may provide placement assistance such as resume guidance, portfolio building, mock interviews, interview preparation, and job updates. However, we do not guarantee a specific job, salary, or company selection. Final hiring depends on the student's skills, interview performance, company requirements, and market conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
ExtraBits Classes, its trainers, owners, and team members will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss caused by website usage, third-party tools, technical errors, or failure to get employment after training. We try to provide updated IT education, but the technology market may change over time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute related to website usage, admission, fees, training, or services will be handled under the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
11. Modifications
ExtraBits Classes reserves the right to change, update, pause, or discontinue any class, training program, batch timing, syllabus, fee structure, or service at any time. These changes may happen due to management decisions, faculty availability, student needs, or IT industry trends.
